We are sorry your order didn't work out! Glamnetic offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style. A $8 return label fee will be charged for refunds back to the original form of payment, or get a free return label if you select store credit.

To start your return, please email us at support@glamnetlc.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send a replacement at no cost.

International orders must be returned at the expense of the customer.
